During a reiki session, clients remain fully clothed while either seated or lying supine, while the practitioner places her hands over various areas of the body, concentrating on the main energy centers, also known as chakras. Reiki may be utilized to treat countless ailments, whether physical or emotional; or to support general balancing and holistic maintenance.
Each reiki session is uniquely customized to suit the needs and wellness goals of each individual client, and may include Usui Shiki Ryoho, Sekhem-Seichim, or both styles of reiki; as well as complimentary crystal and/or sound therapies.
